Teens and Parents: Test Drive Your Knowledge
Teens are the least experienced drivers on the road, so it doesn’t come as much of a surprise that crashes are the leading cause of death for kids between the ages of 16 and 20 years old. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that 3,114 teen drivers and passengers were killed and 297,000 were injured in motor vehicle accidents in 2015.
To help reduce, or even stop, these disturbing statistics, Mercury has developed the Drive Safe Challenge where you can find resources and tools to encourage safe driving for teens. Parents and teens can test their knowledge by taking the quiz below (hint – the answers are all available on the website).
